iMediaChassis je inteligentní platforma pro telekomunikční firmy, která podporuje síťové technologie Ethernet, ATM/SONET, T1/E1, DS3/E3 a WDM.
Série iMediaChassis umožňuje network campus operatorům a service providerům snižovat kapitálové a provozní výdaje tím, že poskytuje konverze copper-to-fiber a multi-mód na single-mód, rozšíření sítě na dálku a služby Transparent LAN na jedné skříňové (chassis) platformě.
Skříň iMediaChassis splní všechny počadavky telekomunikačních firem na provoz, administraci, obsluhu a přidělování zdrojů (provisioning) služeb založených na optickém Ethernetu/ATM.
SNMP Management
Když do skříně iMediaChassis přidáte volitelný SNMP modul, získáte okamžitý přístup k informacím o provozu a stavu skříně a v ní nainstalovaných media modulů díky zdarma distribuovanému SNMP softwaru iView2, nebo jinému softwaru pro SNMP management jako je SNMPc od Castle Rock.
Díky grafickému rozhraní iView2 mohou operátoři z centrálního místa monitorovat a přizpůsobovat nastavení linky zákazníka.
Skříně série iMediaChassis také podporují Unified Management Agent (UMA), který vám umožní správu nainstalovaných zařízení, včetně těch s on-board inteligencí, jako je třeba FiberLinX - to vše s jednou IP adresou a z jednoho místa.
